The Trending: The WFH – Himanshu Srivastav
A post Covid or may be not yet, wfh is already into the life. And more so likely to remain for long. Reason? Employee and Employers are mutually benefited.
Atleast so the Employers say!
One of the most basic difference which is inevitable is that employees are concerned for their take home. And employers- “what most can they take from employees working at home”
The system of hierarchy where on one side is essential for a system to work efficiently, in a culture of the newborn WFH, it is turning a bane than a boon for employees.
Certainly the savings are exponentially increasing, but is it even sustainable ? Let me be very specific-
“In the veil of that WFH, that 9-5 when has turned a 9-9, it’s not wrong to say that the a disruption is inevitable.”
Certainly the career progression, prevents the majority from keeping shut, but for how long. It’s only a matter of some introspection and retrospection that the rebel and resignation would turn up. A league of resignation is coming if employers persist on increasing job hours unofficially as of now and officially in the near future on pretext of WFH.
Certainly, on the other side increasing job opportunities will prevail, “probably” lest automatons demands doesnt come up quickly and those job opportunities might face a downfall. What then? Employers will get their ways as always, who will suffer will be the employees.

Companies are providing benefits in the name of perks to make arrangement for wfh but why do people forget that the so called perks are bait to shut mouths when asked to work for impractical targets.
It’s a highly dynamic world now, a lot dynamic than what it was a decade ago, and certainly becoming more with coming years. Moresover, it’s a capitalist regime and incomes would rise exponentially but for a few segment-The Stakeholders.
Employees will be in turmoil if new innovations of sustainable careers doesnt come up.
To the employers- Competition is a healthy element, but at the cost of the health, time and future of employees it’s a nothing less than a sin. Kindly avoid giving impractical targets. I can see the trend in even the best mnc service based organisation. I can only imagine what bars would thr domestic organisation would have raised.
