Evening Desert Safari -A Day Out In The Arabian Heritage Land
Dubai is the land of sparkling marvels. From keeping the world’s most luxurious hotel as a landmark to inviting the adventurists to its conservation reserve. The pillar of the UAE remains in full swing when it comes to tourism. Desert safari Dubai is one of the city’s busiest tourist spots. The reason behind this is its quintessential beauty. Also, exposure to the Arabian culture, and spine-tingling adventures.
We also went there to create memories of a lifetime and hence grabbed an evening desert safari through Happy Adventures Tourism LLC. In the following sections, happenings of an evening desert safari have been tried to sketch out. So that you can take a quick insight if you are planning a trip to the dunes of Dubai.
Happenings of an Evening Desert Safari in Dubai
1. Pick up
We had our pick up for the desert safari in the evening by Toyota land cruiser. The driver of Happy Adventures Tourism LLC was skilled and licensed who took us smoothly to the destination. They also offer self-drive packages in which a plus is, you get free parking space! If both are not suitable for you, no worries! Just grab a bus service by Happy Adventures Tourism LLC and find a joyful way straight to the desert.
2. Dune bashing
Dune bashing is known to everyone. The residents as well as tourists. All the adventure freaks dream of bashing over the reddening dunes in a 4×4. Thrill-seekers better know the fever! Coming to my experience, sitting belted in a Nissan Patrol and screaming like crazy, at the same time embracing the sunset, everything was super fascinating! Thanks to the guides of the Happy Adventures Tourism team. They gave us a break for a sunset photoshoot along with our super fiery dune bashing vehicle.
The dune bashing session continued for about 20 minutes and it was a hell of fun! You can choose the vehicle according to your interest and convenience. The dune arena is brimming with wranglers, hummers, land cruisers, buggies, and rovers.
3. Skiing in the Sand
Test your balancing skill on a sandboard! The velvety-soft sand serves as a track for surfers, once they get the pace. Hit the highs and lows of the sand bumps if you are a regular surfer. However, first-timers need a bit of practice. I discovered that even practicing in the sports arena of desert safari is quite amusing.
If you’ve ever done water surfing, street surfing, or ice skiing, you’d find sandboarding quite unique. Even though only the surface is changed and it’s all the game of technique, still surfing the sand dunes keep another level of joy for surfers.
4. Camel Ride
A camel safari in the desert keeps the real essence of being on a nomadic landscape. Whenever we hear about Dubai, the first few things that come to mind are its skyscrapers, dates, and wandering camels under the palms. Camels are the symbol of Arabian heritage. Riding over the camel’s hump gives a vibe like native Arabs. The rider travels back in time and gets into wonders of how the Arabs survived being nomads!
5. Colours of the Nightfall
There are many doors to unlock in the Arabian terrain. The operators of Happy Adventures Tourism escorted us to the great festivity when the night struck. The live entertainment stage and joyous dance performances took the whole tenor. We witness the spiritual Tanoura show, belly dance, fire show, and other cultural dance depictions by the professionals.
Smouldering shisha with listening to the melodious folk Arabian music was some next level of ecstasy! All hail to the tremendous Arabian art and culture that was portrayed in a spectacular way.
6. Succulent Dinner
We, the foodies, were presented with a delightful dinner at the dunes by Happy Adventures Tourism LLC. A much-needed food crave was fulfilled more pleasantly than we imagined. There were super refreshing soft drinks, of which I took multiple refills. The Arabian and International cuisines were served in an appealing manner that we couldn’t resist trying each and every dish. Even though we were full to the throat! The sips of heavenly Arabian coffee made us want more of it and worked as a stimulator.
Conclusion
Keep a few things enlisted if you want a streamlined cache of fun and entertainment at the dunes. Dress codes and light clothing, safety measures for sand activities, and health considerations. The temperature of the barren falls to chilling levels when sunset meets the night. Therefore, keeping capes, denim, or shawls would be useful. Also, the sand activities take place before or during the sunset. So donning light and loose-fitting clothes is super manageable. And yes, a pair of flip-flops, sunglasses, and sunscreen is a must to spend an exotic venture at the dunes of Dubai!
